Payment Terms

Please ensure you have read and accepted our Payment Terms prior to making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of £195 (One hundred and ninety five pounds) is required per playing guest if the reservation is made more than eight weeks prior to the commencement of the relevant course.

 

  • Reservation balances must be paid at least 8 (eight) weeks prior to the commencement of the relevan t course.

 

  • Balance due date will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

 

  • If the full balance is not received by this date, Guitar Retreat Spain reserve the right to cancel your booking and withoold any monies paid as per our Cancellation policy.

 

  • Full payment is required if your reservation is made less than eight weeks prior to the commencement of your chosen course.

 

  • All payments can be made through our online payment facility located on this website.

 

 

If you have to cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply

 

All deposits are non-re-fundable and will be retained by Guitar Retreat Spain. Additional penalties as outlined below may also apply.

  • more than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the course - £195 (Deposit)

 

  • 4 - 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the course - 60% of the balance paid.

 

  • 2 - 4 weeks prior to the commencemtnet of the course - 80% of the balance paid.

 

  • 2 weeks or less prior to the commencement of the course - 100% of the balance paid
